4 tomatoes

Herbs of Provence

Fresh basil

Pepper

Olive oil

500 g pasta of your choice (preferably twisted)

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a saucepan.
Step 2
For the sauce:

Sauté the onions and peppers cut into small squares in enough olive oil.
Step 4
Wait until the peppers soften before adding the skinless tomatoes, which are also cut into small cubes.
Step 5
Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes
Step 6
Add the fresh basil and lots of herbs from Provence and season with salt and pepper.
