500 g farfalle pasta

100 g arugula

300 g cherry tomato

150 g dried tomato

200 g feta cheese

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 pinch of fleur de sel

1 bunch of fresh basil

Step 1
In a large volume of salted water, cook the pasta as directed on the package so that it is firm.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes in 2 or 4 (it is best to alternate), chop the basil, slice the dried tomatoes into small pieces and cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
Step 3
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and put it under cold water and let it cool.
Step 4
Then add the arugula, tomatoes, cheese, basil, olive oil and a dash of balsamic, fleur de sel and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Keep for a good hour in the refrigerator before serving.
