Ravioli with tomatoes, spinach and bacon

Number of people

1 can of tortellini to fry (ham / mushrooms / cheese / what you like)

50 g cooked spinach

20 cherry tomatoes

75 g bacon

1 pinch of paprika to spice up

Grated cheese or parmesan cheese (as much as you want)

2 fresh basil leaves to decorate

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook the bacon in a pan. Cook the tortellini in the fat of the bacon for about five minutes.
Step 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the pan.
Step 3
Add the spinach and reduce by mixing with the rest of the ingredients. Do not hesitate to push them to the bottom of the pan to make them shrink further.
Step 4
Place in shallow dishes, sprinkle with grated cheese or parmesan cheese and garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
Author's note
The quantity of spinach depends on your taste: a small or medium bag will mix with the other ingredients, a large bag will allow you to cook it next to it and serve a bed of spinach topped with the tortellini - tomato - bacon mixture.
