1 roll of shortcrust pastry

Tomato

1 jar of ricotta cheese (250 g)

2 eggs

Fresh basil

6 slices of parma ham

Pepper

Salt




Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 1 HR
Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Unroll the shortcrust pastry in a pie dish.
Step 2
Precook the dough in the oven for about 10 minutes at 150°C (thermostat 5); remove it from the oven.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, chopped basil and Parma ham in thin slices; salt and pepper
Step 4
Pour the mixture into the pie dish, and cut thin slices of tomatoes to cover the pie. Add basil leaves, salt and pepper again.
Step 5
Bake for 45 minutes at 150°C (th 5), the ricotta must thicken.

This tart can be eaten hot or cold, or with grilled eggplants instead of tomatoes....
