6 lasagna sheets
300 g canned tuna
250 g ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
20 cl of tomato sauce
100 g grated cheese
Fresh or dehydrated basil
Preparation

Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 2
Start by preparing the stuffing by mixing the ricotta cheese and crumbled tuna. Add the tomato paste and basil.
Step 3
Mix the tomato coulis with basil.
Step 4
In a large rectangular ovenproof dish, cover the bottom with tomato sauce which will be used to moisten the lasagna leaves.
Step 5
Then place 2 sheets of lasagna side by side.
Step 6
Spread half of the tuna stuffing on top.
Step 7
Add 2 more lasagna sheets and then the rest of the stuffing.
Step 8
Finish with 2 last lasagna sheets.
Step 9
Cover with the rest of the tomato sauce and sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Step 10
Bake for about 45 minutes.
Step 11
Serve hot with a green salad.
