3 eggs
150 g flour
1 sachet of yeast
10 cl olive oil
10 cl of milk
100 g fresh goat cheese type small Billy
1 half of green pepper
half red pepper
half yellow pepper
200 g bacon
Fresh or frozen basil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 1H20
Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
1-Mix eggs, flour and yeast.
Step 2
2- Add the oil and milk. Mix well.
Step 3
3-Include the crushed goat cheese.
Step 4
4-Salt and pepper.
Step 5
5-Sauté the bacon, sliced peppers and basil in a frying pan.
Step 6
6-Once the bacon and peppers are golden brown, add to the mixture.
Step 7
7- Put in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Prick with a knife to check the cooking process
