Sliced lemon-basil chicken

400 g chicken breast

Fresh basil, or dry basil if not available

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Slice the chicken breast into thin strips, pass them through the flour so that they are well coated.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan, add basil and fry the chicken.
Step 3
When it is golden brown, squeeze the 1/2 lemon on top.
Step 4
That's it, it's finished and ready to serve, in the frying pan or on a serving plate!
Step 5
Add fresh basil, minced or not, for decoration.
