Spaghetti (500 g)
Artichoke heart (1 can)
Green asparagus tip (1 box)
Pine nuts (about 20 g)
Olive oil
Basil
Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Cook the pasta.
Step 2
Meanwhile, grill the pine nuts in olive oil in a frying pan.
Step 3
Drain the asparagus and artichoke hearts well and cut them into pieces if necessary.
Step 4
Sear the artichokes and asparagus in the pan with the pine nuts for 1 min (no more). Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the pasta into the pan and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add basil and Parmesan cheese if you like.
