1 onion
1.5 l of mussels in their shells washed and scraped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
425 g canned tomatoes
1 cup white wine
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

500 g spaghetti
Preparation

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
Step 2
Add the undrained crushed tomatoes, wine, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and simmer 15 to 20 min, until the sauce thickens.
Step 4
Add the mussels and cook for about 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Cook the spaghetti according to the time indicated on the package, and drain.
Step 6
Serve the mussels and sauce over the pasta.
