Complete spaghetti

100 g squid

60 g mushroom

20 g chopped onion

1 slice of bacon

2 cloves of garlic




Olive oil

Parmesan cheese

Preparation: 25 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Boil water for the pasta.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms and onion.
Step 3
Rinse the squid rings.
Step 4
Put the spaghetti in boiling water.
Step 5
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan, pour in the onions, mushrooms and squid, sprinkle with basil, salt, pepper, ground garlic, add the two crushed garlic cloves.
Step 6
Simmer until the ingredients are grilled and the mushrooms have absorbed their juice.
Step 7
Grill the bacon cut into strips in a frying pan.
Step 8
When the spaghetti is cooked, add them to the mixture, then cook in the pan for about 5 minutes.
Step 9
Before serving, add the bacon.
Step 10
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Author's note
Parmesan cheese is not required when there are seafood products. In Italy they never use it, but I think it's still better with it.
