300 g tagliatelle
2 slices of parma ham
2 slices of white ham
50 g anchovies stretched out in olive oil
2 tablespoons of fresh cream
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
12 black olives from Nice

Step 1
Prepare the sauce: mix the anchovies with the crème fraiche, mustard, oil and vinegar.
Step 2
Cut the ham slices into cubes.
Step 3
Cook the pasta according to the cooking time indicated on the package in boiling salted water.

Drain them and place them in a bowl.
Step 5
Add the sauce, mix then the diced ham, mix. Sprinkle with basil and black olives.
