150 g pitted green olive

1 brick of tomato sauce (200 g)

4 fresh basil leaves

1 puff pastry dough

75 g of Gruyère cheese

1 bunch tomato




Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 30 MIN

Step 1
Preheat the oven to thermostat 6 or 7, 200°C.
Step 2
Spread your puff pastry.
Step 3
Cut the round edges of the top and bottom of the dough to make a rectangle.
Step 4
Spread the tomato sauce over the whole dough.
Step 5
Then, mix your olives and your 4 basil leaves by cutting the stems to obtain small ends.
Step 6
Spread this mixture on the dough.
Step 7
Cut small cubes of tomato. Add them to the dough.

Sprinkle all the gruyère paste.
Step 9
Roll the end from the top of the dough to the middle of the dough.
Step 10
Do the same with the bottom end to join the 2 rolls in the middle of the dough.

Cut small palm trees from the left of the dough to the right.

You get about 15, normally.....
Step 13
Place them on a baking sheet (leave parchment paper on it, it's easier to remove).
Step 14
Let your palm trees cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
