Tomato salad with cucumber melon and yoghurt sauce

1 cucumber
20 cherry tomatoes
1 melon
For the sauce:
200 g plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
15 black olives
Fresh basil, chopped
Chopped fresh chives
Red chilli pepper

For the salad:

Peel and empty the cucumber. Dice and set aside in a colander with a handful of coarse salt.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, empty the melon of its seeds and dice it.
Step 4
Put everything in a bowl (keeping the juice from the melon and tomatoes is better).

For the sauce:

Purée the olives. Mix yoghurt, vinegar, oil, herbs, chilli pepper, and olive puree.
Step 7
Serve separately, or by making fruit skewers to dip into the sauce.
Author's note
I don't use salt because the cucumber is always quite salty. This recipe appeared to me last night, and I found the blend of flavors very fresh and original, I look forward to the comments!
