500 g tomato (peeled in cans in winter)

2 scoops of mozzarella

1 onion

2 tablespoons olive oil

fresh basil leaf

Pepper

Salt

1/2 l milk

Step 1
Finely chop the onion, and melt it in the oil.
Step 2
Peel and cut the tomatoes into pieces, and add them to the onions.
Step 3
Season and season with the coarsely chopped basil leaves.

Cook your tomatoes for about ten minutes.

Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and add them to the cream.

Gently add 1/2 l of warm milk while mixing. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
