500 g pasta (penne rigate)

mozzarella ball

1 small box of mascarpone (or a little less, about 250 g)

2 tomatoes

6 fresh basil leaves

1 clove of garlic

Pepper

Salt

Olive oil

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, empty the tomatoes and dice them. Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Put garlic and tomatoes in a large dish. Add the basil, mozzarella balls cut into pieces, salt, pepper, olive oil (to taste). Mix it all together.
Step 3
Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the preparation. Add the Mascarpone and mix (the mozzarella must melt with the heat of the pasta). Check the seasoning.
