1 zucchini

60 g feta cheese

1 onion

2 eggs

70 g breadcrumbs

fresh basil leaf

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper




Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 1 HR
Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6/7).
Step 2
Wash the courgettes and grate them. Book.
Step 3
Peel the onion and slice it finely. Crumble the feta cheese. Book.
Step 4
Mix the zucchini and onion. Add chopped basil, feta cheese, bread crumbs and eggs. Mix. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
With your hands, form small balls of dough and place them on a baking paper-covered baking sheet. Space the balls apart and flatten them with the palm of your hand.
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes, turning the patties halfway through cooking.
Step 7
Serve hot.
