Zucchini with goat cheese

Zucchini with goat cheese

Number of people

6 medium-sized courgettes

600 g fresh goat cheese

25 cl of fresh cream

100 g almond

50 g honey

1 large handful of chives


Fresh basil

1 red onion

pinch of freshly ground pepper.


Preparation: 1 hour
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Take the courgettes, rinse them, then peel 1 line out of 2.
Step 2
Cut in half lengthwise.
Step 3
Remove what is inside, then blanch for 5 minutes in salted water.
Step 4
Meanwhile, take the goat cheese and whisk it in a bowl with the fresh cream, salt and freshly ground pepper.
Step 5
Brown the almonds in a frying pan, then mix them in the bowl, with the honey, herbs and onion finely chopped, and whisk our appliance, and finally put it in the fridge.
Step 6
Drain the courgettes for a few minutes on absorbent paper and let them cool.
Step 7
Take it all back, and with a teaspoon, place the goat cheese device in our zucchini, then put them in the oven at 180 degrees (thermostat 7) 20 MINUTES!
Step 8
Serve immediately.
