500 g pork and veal ground meat mixed with veal

50 cl of tomato sauce

1 can peeled tomatoes (approx.)

Olive oil

Oregano

Fresh basil

Paprika

Dried garlic powder

Modena balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon of fresh cream

Pepper

Salt

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Step 1
Cook your minced meat in a frying pan with butter or olive oil.
Step 2
Season with salt, pepper, paprika.
Step 3
In a saucepan, put a base of olive oil, 5 fresh basil leaves and 2 pinches of oregano.
Step 4
Let it heat, when a good flavor is felt, add the coulis and peeled tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika (which will enhance the taste of your sauce), 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and fresh cream (which will cut the acidity of the tomato).
Step 5
Add the meat. Simmer for 1 hour (the better the simmering is), adding 2 or 3 times a pinch of oregano and a pinch of paprika.
Step 6
It's even better when it's reheated the next day.
