1 clove of garlic
1 shallot
1 onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 red pepper
12.5 cl dry white wine
1 can peeled tomatoes (425 ml)
1 teaspoon fresh or frozen basil
Tabasco or cayenne pepper
Pepper
Salt
Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 15 MIN

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Peel and mince the garlic, shallot and onion and sauté in an oiled sauté pan.
Step 2
Add the pepper cut into strips and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the white wine and cook for a few minutes before adding the tomatoes, basil and tabasco or chili pepper.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper, cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

Beware of the chilli pepper....... !
