12 fresh basil leaves

200 g sugar

200 g flour

6 tablespoons of oil

4 eggs

4 tablespoons of liquid honey




Preparation

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the oil, mix, stirring constantly, add the flour and sugar, add the honey, cut the basil leaves into strips with scissors and add them.
Step 2
Pour into individual buttered and floured moulds and place in the oven at 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 3
To find out if the cakes are baked, stick a knife in them, if the knife comes out dry, the cakes are baked!
