600 g fresh minced meat

120 g fresh whole parmesan cheese

1/2 bunch fresh basil

20 cl extra virgin olive oil

1 lemon

Pepper

Salt




Preparation

Step 1
Slice the basil and mix it with the meat.
Step 2
Then add the olive oil to the mixture.
Step 3
Using a peeler, make parmesan shavings and mix them with the preparation.
Step 4
Then, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Finally, add the lemon and mix well before serving chilled, accompanied by a nice salad.
