Bread baguette with peppers

Number of people

1 pepper of each colour (green, yellow, red)

200 g fresh mushroom

1 onion

Fresh basil

2/3 baguette (depending on the delicacy of each person)

1 jar of thick fresh cream

200 g grated gruyère cheese

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Slice peppers, mushrooms, onion and basil leaves.
Step 2
Fry everything in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the baguette in half, then in half, lengthwise; brush it with crème fraîche and cover with pepper mixture.
Step 4
Sprinkle with guyer, then put in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes at thermostat 7.
