1 jar of dried tomato

1 jar of pepper in oil

1 pack of feta cheese

Fresh basil or in a jar

Olive oil

6 sheets of brick




Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 30 MIN
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Brush the brick leaves with olive oil.
Step 2
Put a few pieces of dried tomatoes, feta cheese and peppers in the centre. Sprinkle with basil. Fold (no technique, I did as I could, it looked like rectangles or squares) and bake in the oven at 210°C (thermostat 7) for 20 minutes (do not rely on my oven)

Recipe made for my man's birthday, we had a great time. Don't trust my oven, but when it's golden and crispy and scents the house, it's ready!!!
