300 g of tomato
Raw ham
1 onion
fresh basil leaf
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt
Pepper
12 slices of bread
1/2 clove garlic

Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into very small cubes (the smaller the dice the better).
Step 2
Chop the basil and onion.
Step 3
In a bowl mix the tomatoes, basil and onion. Add the olive oil, salt, pepper and mix.
Step 4
Toast the slices of bread. Rub the slices of bread with a clove of garlic cut in half.
Step 5
Place some raw ham on the slices.
Step 6
Put the tomato, onion and basil mixture on top of the ham.
Author's note
This recipe also exists without the raw ham, try it, it's also good. Serve as an aperitif or as a starter.
