150 g flour

11 g yeast

3 eggs

100 g grated Gruyère cheese

15 cl milk

5 cl olive oil

200 g dried tomato

50 g capers

Fresh basil

Pepper

Salt

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180° (th 6). Mix the yeast and flour in a large bowl. In another container, whisk together the whole eggs, oil and milk. Add salt and pepper, Gruyère cheese, chopped tomatoes, capers and chopped basil and mix. Pour the mixture into a buttered and lightly floured cake pan. Cook for 45 minutes.
