a bouquet of fresh cauliflower

Olive oil

Parmesan cheese

Pepper

Salt

Fresh basil




Preparation

Preparation: 20 min
Step 1
Wash and drain the cauliflower.
Step 2
Cut bouquets and cut thin slices of raw cauliflower.
Step 3
Arrange them nicely on a plate.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and a few shavings of parmesan cheese (use the vegetable peeler).
Step 5
Sprinkle with a few finely chopped basil leaves and enjoy.
Author's note
The cauliflower must be very fresh and not frozen.
