4 slices of saithe

15 cl of fresh cream

15 cl white wine

1 shallot

100 g butter

Fresh basil

Pepper

Salt




Preparation

Preparation: 30 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Cut the shallot and add it to a saucepan with the white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Add the cream and boil for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add 70g of butter. When the butter is melted, add the basil, then salt and pepper. Keep warm.
Step 4
Brown the cod slices with the rest of the butter in a frying pan.
Step 5
Serve the slices covered with sauce with cooked potatoes.
