300 g flour

500 g goat cheese (chavroux type)

4 eggs

1 sachet of baking powder

80 cl of milk

1 oil

12 dried tomatoes

12 fresh basil

5 cloves of garlic

250 g pine nuts

150 ml olive oil

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together: flour, yeast, salt, pepper, eggs.
Step 2
Then, gently add the milk, and mix well until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Let stand for at least 1 hour.
Step 3
Wash, remove the basil leaves, peel the garlic cloves, and cut the dried tomatoes into small cubes.
Step 4
Put the tomatoes, basil, garlic cloves, pine nuts, goat cheese in a blender bowl, and turn it by gradually pouring in the olive oil.
Step 5
Prepare the pancakes (about a dozen):
Step 6
Place a pancake in the bottom of a dish, cover with a layer of goat pesto, and rise until the ingredients are exhausted.
Step 7
Place in the refrigerator for a few hours (optional, but better!), and then serve with a green salad.
