4 slices of country bread

2 onions

1 green pepper

1 red pepper

1 clove of garlic

1 can of crushed tomato

1 pinch of Provence herbs

Pepper

Salt

1 jar of black olive tapenade

1 fresh goat cheese

Olive oil

Fresh basil




Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 30 MIN
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Fry the onions in a frying pan.
Step 2
Melt the peppers and add them to the onions.
Step 3
Pour in the crushed tomatoes, garlic, a pinch of Provence herbs, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Once the ingredients have melted, cool them down.
Step 5
When ready to serve, toast the slices of bread.
Step 6
On a slice of bread, spread a layer of black tapenade.
Step 7
Put the cold vegetables on top and add a small piece of fresh goat cheese.
Step 8
Add a dash of olive oil and fresh basil.
I add my grain of salt
