1 puff pastry dough

150 g fresh goat cheese such as chavroux

1 slice of white ham

1 tomato

4 fresh basil leaves

1 egg yolk

Step 1
Cut the dough in half or in four according to the size you want to give to your slippers.
Step 2
Cut the tomato into cubes.
Step 3
Cut the ham into very thin slices.
Step 4
Mix the diced tomatoes, ham and goat cheese.
Step 5
Add the chopped basil.
Step 6
Pour this preparation over the puff pastry.
Step 7
Close tightly and brush with egg yolk to brown in the oven.
Step 8
Season with salad and balsamic vinegar.
