Goat's chaplain with basil

Number of people

4 sheets of brick

2 ripe tomatoes

fresh basil leaf

4 goat cheeses flowing in the centre (can also be made with St Marcellin for those who prefer cow's milk)

Guérande salt and olive oil

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
In the centre of each brick sheet, place half of a Saint Marcellin, two slices of tomato, a few basil leaves, on the first floor, twice in a row.
Step 2
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Close it all by joining the four corners of the alms house upwards and tie them with two toothpicks.
Step 4
Put in a hot oven (200°C) for about ten minutes.
Step 5
Serve with a lamb's lettuce salad and a few sliced tomatoes.
Author's note
You can also add honey and some pine nuts.
