2 broccoli
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 fresh tomato, peeled
1 garlic
1 onion
4 fresh basil leaves
50 g Parmesan cheese
200 ml fresh cream
White pepper + cayenne pepper
Salt

Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Clean the broccoli, then cook it in salted water for +/-10 minutes to your taste.
Step 2
Meanwhile, sauté the onion in olive oil with the garlic clove, when the onion is transparent add the tomato and basil. After a few minutes, crush the tomato so that it cooks faster. Cooking time +/-10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cream and peccorino, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Drain broccoli long enough so that no water remains.
Step 5
Put the broccoli in a dish and cover it with the hot sauce.

Can be served with pasta or pork.
