8 fresh eggs

3 sprigs fresh basil

1 tablespoon of chutney of your choice

1 tablespoon apricot jam (or peach or mango)

grilled pepper slice (optional)

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 teaspoon curry powder

Cooking time: 8 min
Step 1
Cook the eggs in water until they are hard (10 min).
Step 2
Meanwhile, chop the basil, finely chop the pepper, add all the other ingredients. Mix well.
Step 3
When the eggs are hard, run them under cold water, shell them, and cut them in half lengthwise.
Step 4
Empty the yolks, mix them with the rest of the ingredients with a fork. Adjust the seasoning.
Step 5
Refill the whites with this mixture, using a spoon or a piping bag, if you have....
