4 ripe tomatoes

3 cloves of garlic

10 fresh basil leaves

100 g grated Gruyère cheese

4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

50 g goat cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

Pepper

Salt

400 g Italian pasta



Preparation
TOTAL TIME: 25 MIN
Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Make a cross with a knife under the tomatoes and plunge them into boiling water for 3 minutes then put them under cold water to remove the skin.
Step 2
Remove the seeds and crush them with a fork.
Step 3
In a bowl, cut the 3 cloves of garlic and basil leaves into small pieces and add the olive oil, salt, pepper, 3 cheeses and tomatoes.
Step 4
Mould the whole thing in a blender.
Step 5
Cook the pasta as indicated on the package, drain and add the preparation directly to it.
Step 6
Serve immediately.
