Number of people

400 g pasta

300 g cherry tomato

6 dried tomatoes

fresh basil leaf

2 teaspoons of olive oil

4 cloves of garlic

1 onion

1 l water

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Take a large saucepan (sauté pan or frying pan, your pasta should fit completely in), put the pasta, sautéed vegetables and 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
Step 2
Pour in the litre of water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and stir the pasta.
Step 3
After 5 minutes, check the cooking of the pasta regularly and stir from time to time. Prefer an Al dente cooking.
Step 4
If you estimate the cooked pasta, even if there is still water in the pan, stop cooking. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve and sprinkle with chopped basil leaves and parmesan cheese.
Author's note
Be careful with the salt, don't have a heavy hand because the parmesan is also very salty. If you wish, you can fry the vegetables in a pan before starting to cook with the pasta. Recipe that can be adapted to your taste (mushrooms, ham, broccoli, zucchini, etc.)
