500 g of penne

500 g ground beef

3 shallots

1 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons of salt

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon paprika or hot pepper (to taste)

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

250 g tomato sauce

Fresh basil, chopped

1/2 goat log

Preparation: 35 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Step 1
Cook the penne "al dente".
Step 2
In a sauté pan, sauté the finely chopped shallots in a tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 3
When they are translucent, add the ground beef, taking care to crumble it well.
Step 4
Season with all the spices and balsamic vinegar.
Step 5
Cook for 10 min, stirring regularly
Step 6
Once the meat is cooked, add the tomato coulis and fresh basil.

Preheat the oven thermostat 6 (180°).

In an ovenproof dish, line the bottom of the ground meat mixture.

Mix the penne and the rest of the tomato sauce, add a little salt.

Cover the meat with the pasta.

Cut thin slices of goat log and cover the dish completely with it.

Bake for about 20 minutes, it's ready when the cheese is golden brown.
