Pasta salad with surimi and cottage cheese

Number of people

400 g pasta (torsette or macaroni)

1 can of sliced button mushrooms

200 g surimi

1 lawyer

60 g Parmesan cheese

200 g cherry tomato

5 slices of bacon

200 g cottage cheese

2 sprigs fresh basil

Pepper from the mill



Ground garlic

Olive oil

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cook the pasta, drain and refresh immediately.
Step 2
Drain the bacon slices under the oven grill.
Step 3
Make marbles with the avocado flesh.
Step 4
Sauté the mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and surimi pieces in a frying pan with a spoonful of olive oil and ground garlic.
Step 5
Add to pasta, mix, add parmesan and avocado and mix gently.
Step 6
Prepare the cottage cheese sauce, beating the cheese with salt, pepper, paprika, ground garlic.
Step 7
Pour over the pasta, toss well.
Step 8
Finish by crumbling the bacon and chiseling the basil leaves.

Add a touch of milk or water if it sticks too much.
