Pepper-ricotta flan

Pepper-ricotta flan

2 red peppers

400 g ricotta cheese

1 small bunch of fresh basil

1 clove of garlic

1 large pinch of ground coriander

1 large pinch of ground curry powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon agar-agar powder

10 cl rice milk


Preparation: 15 min
Step 1
Remove the tail and seeds from the peppers, then cut them into small cubes.
Step 2
Place the diced peppers in a blender bowl, then add the ricotta, basil, garlic, salt, spices and oil. Mix it all together.
Step 3
Apart from that, in a saucepan, place the rice milk, pour the agar-agar in rain and bring to a boil for a few seconds.
Step 4
Add the contents of the pan to the blender, then blend again.
Step 5
Adjust the seasoning if necessary (salt, spices...).
Step 6
Pour the preparation into small moulds previously moistened.
Step 7
Place the small mussels in a cool place for a few hours.

Enjoy cold with rice. For those who wish, you can cook the pepper to remove the skin so that it is more digestible!
