Number of people

2 fennel bulbs

2 onions

4 zucchini

4 potatoes

2 tomatoes

6 slices of smoked salmon

Olive oil

4 eggs

20 cl of liquid cream or milk

tablespoon of flour



Fresh or frozen basil

Cooking time: 35 min
Step 1
Wash, peel and dice the potatoes, fennel and zucchini.
Step 2
Peel and slice the onions.
Step 3
Sauté onions, zucchini, fennel and potatoes in a skillet with olive oil, salt and pepper for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 4
Prepare your device by mixing the eggs, flour and cream with a little salt and pepper until you get a smooth mixture.
Step 5
In an ovenproof dish, put a layer of salmon, a layer of vegetables and renew the layering. (It depends on the size of your dish)
Step 6
Above your vegetables, add a layer of thinly sliced tomatoes.
Step 7
Pour your appliance over your vegetables and bake at 210°C (thermostat 7) for 35 minutes.
Step 8
At the end of cooking and just before serving, add the basil.
