200 g flour

3 eggs

1 sachet of yeast

Milk

1 brick of 250 ml of tomato coulis

150 g grated Gruyère cheese

Salt

Fresh or dehydrated basil

Garlic




Preparation

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 2
In a casserole dish, gently heat the tomato sauce in a little olive oil.
Step 3
Add basil and garlic, remove from heat, salt and let cool.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast sachet and eggs.
Step 5
Stir in cooled tomato sauce and grated gruyère cheese. Adjust the consistency with a little milk if necessary.
Step 6
Bake in a buttered and floured cake pan for about 15 minutes at 200°C (thermostat 6-7), then lower to 180°C (thermostat 6) for about ten minutes depending on the power of your oven.

Very pleasant to drink in winter, when you are lacking the taste of tomatoes and sunshine.
