Sweet and sour surprise glass with orange

Number of people

2 kg of orange

1 kg of beetroot

1 kg of fresh tomatoes

1 jar of fresh faisselle

5 slices of smoked salmon

1 bunch of fresh basil

1 bunch of fresh chives

2 fillets of olive oil

1 drizzle of cider vinegar

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

6 mint leaves

3 cloves of garlic

Preparation: 30 min
Step 1
Peel the oranges and cut them into slices. Cut the fresh tomatoes and beets into cubes and put them in a bowl.
Step 2
Add the basil and chives previously chopped. Slice the garlic cloves into small pieces and add them to the dish.
Step 3
Mix everything with oranges, tomatoes, and beets and continue to mix 2 fillets of olive oil and a dash of cider vinegar.
Step 4
Prepare verrines by alternating a piece of smoked salmon and a mixed salad.
Step 5
Finish by placing a spoonful of fresh faisselle on top with mint leaves.
Step 6
Serve the verrines as an appetizer or as an appetizer, it stays fresh and with promises of flavours.
