4 tomatoes
2 cans of tuna in the wild
120 g low-fat fresh cream
1/2 teaspoon mustard
Lemon Lemon
1 shallot, chopped
1 teaspoon of Provence herbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pepper
Salt
fresh basil leaf for presentation

Step 1
Cut a hat from the top of each previously washed tomato.
Step 2
Empty the tomatoes with a spoon, lightly salt the inside and turn them over on a rack so that they drain.
Step 3
Mix the cream, mustard and remaining ingredients before adding the drained tuna in crumbs.
Step 4
Mix everything well.
Step 5
Fill each tomato with this stuffing. Add the basil leaves for presentation and taste!
Step 6
Serve chilled, arranged on a bed of salad leaves.

Author's note
Possibility to replace the lemon with balsamic vinegar cream. You can also add fresh square to the filling.
