1 kg of bluefin tuna

1 bowl of fruity olive oil

2 lemons

2 shallots

1 bunch of fresh basil

2 tablespoons of salt

1 tablespoon ground pepper

Step 1
Cut the tuna fillet into thin slices.
Step 2
Tip: place it in the freezer for 2 hours before cutting!
Step 3
Then, place it in a rosette in a large dish.
Step 4
Cut the shallots into small pieces, squeeze the 2 lemons, and chop the basil (avoid the blender, to keep the taste); you can keep 4 leaves for decoration.
Step 5
Add salt, pepper, shallots, lemon juice and basil to the bowl of olive oil. Pour the marinade over the tuna (it must be completely covered).
Step 6
Place in a cool place for 1 hour, turning the slats halfway.
Step 7

Remember to season with salt and pepper to spice up the marinade. Even the most fish resistant will love it!
