Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Make a small slit in each of the potatoes. Put a small sprig of thyme, 5 g of butter and a little salt. In a dish, put a water base and the potatoes. Bake for about 45 min at 220°C (thermostat 7). Check the cooking by pricking the apples with a knife. Leave them warm when they are cooked.
Step 2
Slice the cutlets. Fry them in a frying pan with oil and a few basil leaves. At the end of cooking, add paprika to taste.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the cream, cottage cheese and chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Take the potatoes out of the oven. Remove the thyme and put the cream mixture in each potato. On a plate, arrange the turkey with a potato and decorate with basil leaves and cooked thyme sprigs.
I add my grain of salt
