1/2 red pepper
1/2 cucumber
2 tomatoes
6 "fresh square" cheeses o%
Balsamic vinegar

Step 1
Peel and seed the tomatoes.
Step 2
Cut the meat into small cubes and set aside.
Step 3
Do the same for pepper and cucumber.
Step 4
For the assembly of the glass, put the pepper mixed with cucumber in the bottom of the glass, sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar.
Step 5
Place a fresh square and cover with the tomato cubes then finish with a touch of green (chopped basil or chives...).

To be served as an aperitif in small glasses.
