300 g round rice

2 courgettes

10 dried tomatoes

1 onion

150 g feta cheese

1 l vegetable stock

Fresh basil

Oil

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
In a sauté pan, sauté the onions and zucchini and then throw in the dried tomatoes cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Add the rice and wait until it becomes translucent.
Step 3
Pour the broth little by little, while stirring regularly.
Step 4
When the rice is almost cooked, add the diced feta cheese and fresh basil.
Step 5
Adjust the seasoning and cook for a few more minutes over low heat.
