4 small courgettes

3 cloves of garlic

15 fresh basil leaves

4 spoons of olive oil

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
Step 2
Wash and cut the courgettes in half lengthwise.
Step 3
Remove the seedy part in the centre with a small spoon and set aside.
Step 4
Peel and chop the garlic with the basil, salt and pepper.
Step 5
In a bowl, pour this mixture with the olive oil and stir well.
Step 6
With a teaspoon, stuff the centre of the courgettes with the garlic-basil mixture and place in a hot oven for 25 minutes.
