Angy grilled cheese sandwich

Number of people

6 slices of sandwich bread

6 canned pineapple slices

1 slice of parma ham

2 slices of braised white ham

50 g butter

3 slices of young gouda cheese

1 tomato

1 onion

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Step 1
Butter one side of the slices of sandwich bread.
Step 2
Place 1/2 slice of gouda on the buttered side of each slice of bread.
Step 3
Cut the parma ham into thin strips and place them on the gouda.
Step 4
Cut part of the onion into mirepoix (small cubes), chop the basil and scatter over the ham.
Step 5
Cut the anana slices into small pieces, place them on the cheese and parma ham.
Step 6
Cut the tomato, remove the seeds and crush it.
Step 7
Spread the diced tomatoes over the pineapples.
Step 8
Finally, add the braised ham cut into pieces, then sprinkle with thin strips of gouda.
Step 9
Place the bites under the grill for 5 to 10 minutes so that they are golden brown.

Especially drain the pineapples well.
