1 pure butter puff pastry

300 g fresh goat cheese

15 cherry tomatoes

Fresh or frozen basil

Pepper

Cooking time: 10 min
Step 1
Cut small rounds of puff pastry and place them in tart pans.
Step 2
Beat the fresh cheese with a fork and basil (quantity according to taste) and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place a small teaspoon of cheese in each tartlet.
Step 4
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half after washing.
Step 5
Place one half of cherry tomato on each tartlet, with the rounded side facing up.
Step 6
Put in the oven at 180°C and remove when the dough is well cooked.
Step 7
Serve warm.
