Chicken Papillote with Vegetables

Chicken Papillote with Vegetables

Number of people

2 chicken cutlets

1 tomato

1 fresh button mushroom

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

2 pinches of chilli powder

2 pinches of fresh or dehydrated basil

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (thermostat 5-6).
Step 2
Wash the tomato and mushroom.
Step 3
Cut the tomato in half, then into strips.
Step 4
Remove the foot from the mushroom and slice it.
Step 5
Peel the onion and garlic clove and chop coarsely.
Step 6
Place the mushroom and onion in an adhesive frying pan (or with a drop of olive oil).
Step 7
Place chicken cutlet on foil, cover with half the mushroom, half the onion and garlic.
Step 8
Place half a tomato around the cutlet.
Step 9
Sprinkle with a pinch of chilli pepper (to taste) and a pinch of basil.
Step 10
Close the aluminium foil by folding the edges.
Step 11
Perform the same operation for the second escalope.
Step 12
Place everything in a dish.
Step 13
Bake at 175°C (thermostat 5-6) for 30 min.

First of all, it is a health food. You can serve this dish with flavoured rice.
